Born and raised on island life, Sophie feels lucky to call the beautiful Cayman Islands her home every day. After 5 years working as a successful but unhappy hedge funds lawyer, Sophie’s passions led her to launch Lustic, a group focused on helping individuals and businesses level-up their thinking and create the life they’ve lusted for. Sophie is founder and editor of Lustic Life, sharing her travels, home renovation pursuits, changes in mindset and so much more. Sophie is also founder and creative director of Lustic Media, a boutique marketing agency helping brands with authentic social media marketing, digital advertising and creative content.
